Calm Spray

Rose can help with stress and anxiety relief by decreasing heart rate and promoting calm. It helps improve mood and reduce symptoms of depression. Rose is also known to open the heart chakra, helps with emotional openness and self-love.

Rose’s scent has a calming effect on the nervous system.

Pink Lotus is deeply calming and uplifting, heart-opening oil often used in aromatherapy to reduce stress, anxiety, and depression. It helps alleviate nervous tension and promote emotional balance. It helps quiet mental chatter, helps boosts spirits and may also help with mood swings.

Blue Lotus Known for its tranquilizing effects, Blue lotus helps reduce anxiety, calm the mind, and ease stress. It also promotes a sense of mild euphoria, happiness, and improved well-being, making it effective for boosting spirits.

Its calming properties are used to help individuals unwind, relax, and improve sleep quality.

Saffron oil and extracts are widely recognized for their potential to support emotional wellbeing, often acting as a natural, calming, and uplifting agent. Rich in bioactive compounds like crocin, crocetin, and safranal, saffron helps manage stress, lift mood, and improve sleep, with research suggesting effectiveness comparable to conventional treatments for mild-to-moderate depression. 

Saffron acts as a gentle, natural sedative to soothe emotional tension, irritability, and restlessness.

It also helps the body respond more calmly to stress by potentially modulating cortisol levels.

Saffron helps promote restful sleep by increasing evening levels of melatonin, the hormone that regulates sleep cycles. 

Jasmine is a powerful, uplifting aroma used to reduce anxiety, depression, and stress while fostering feelings of optimism, confidence, and emotional balance. It stimulates brain activity, increasing alertness and energy, while also promoting deep relaxation, aiding with sleep, and supporting emotional healing. 

Kunzea is a potent, calming oil known for reducing stress, anxiety, and tension, while helping to release deep-seated emotional, mental, and physical blockages. Its fresh, herbaceous scent promotes relaxation and mental clarity, making it ideal for soothing emotional distress and fostering a peaceful, balanced state of mind. 

The oil is often used to soothe the heart center, aiding in emotional healing and promoting a sense of comfort. It provides a calming, balancing effect on the mind, spirit, and body. 

Sacred Products

As I continued my Spiritual path and attended Shamanic trainings, remembrance of my past life Alchemical skills was awakened.

I started receiving channeled guidance for creating sacred formulations.

I have since created sprays & oils to help support, protect, energize, strengthen the Auric/Energy bodies, to help calm the nervous system, as well as products to support common health issues.  

Each of these formulations are a mix of herbs (common kitchen ingredients, ayurvedic and/or western herbs, flowers) and essential oils; and are energized by me using crystals, elements, cosmic energies and light language healing codes.

These formulations often come to me during sleep – I still recall the first time I received divine guidance -names of herbs and crystals started popping in my head as I woke up.

I have no formal qualification in Crystals, Ayurveda or Naturopathy so many of these names were alien, some names I knew but had no idea of their healing properties. I realized this was spiritual guidance from the beyond so stopped judging and started writing down the names. I ordered these items not knowing how I would create it and at some level wondering if it would help. When the ingredients arrived and I touched them for the first time, I knew what I had to do.

I have since created several sacred products (oils, sprays, creams and ointments), all with the help of the divine guidance I receive from my deities, soul families and galactic allies.

I channel energies from the Divine source, Elohim, Mintaka, Lyra, Arcturus, Sirius, Mother Earth, Orion Nebula as well as Dragon energies.

When the sacred product is ready, I am guided on which energies and light codes to use to seal the energetic intention into the product.
