General
No order will be deemed to constitute a contract of sale irrespective of the manner of its transmission to the seller until the goods are dispatched by the seller.

Prices
The price payable shall be that displayed at the time of ordering. No additional charges are added.

All Prices are Displayed in GBP UK Pounds. All orders are paid in GBP UK Pounds.

Delivery
Our Standard Delivery period to the UK is 3-10 days from time of order.

Delivery Options
We currently only provide customers with Standard delivery services.

The Standard Delivery option is subject to a service upgrade at the discretion of the dispatch dept. For instance, if the value, fragility, or weight of the order becomes a factor then we will send the order by the best Express service available at NO EXTRA COST.

Customers should note the following: regardless of customer request, we require a Delivery Signature. Delivery requests such as: Leave in Porch, Leave in Bin, cannot be acted on.

Delivery Charges
Acala Healing uses Royal Mail; our delivery charges are in accordance with their standard rates.

All Delivery Services are governed by the Carrier concerned – we shall not be held liable for any losses, expenses or consequential loss incurred by the buyer or any other person or company however arising whether directly or indirectly out of a failure to meet an estimated delivery date. All orders over GBP 50 will be delivered free of charge.

Payment
Payment by credit card is due at the time of order. Credit accounts are not provided. If any payment or part thereof is not received by the Seller by the due date, the Seller shall be entitled to charge interest on the outstanding amount at the rate of 2% per calendar month. Goods remain the property of Acala Healing until fully paid for.

Cancellation of Order
The Customer has the right to cancel any standard item order at any time before, the items are dispatched. After that time, cancellation is not possible, but returns and refunds process can take place. Cancelled orders will incur NO Charges.

Exception to Cancellation Right
Can only be waived by the seller and may be requested if bespoke, or special orders are requested. In such an instance, the customer will be contacted directly prior to this right being waived, and a confirmation email will be obtained from the seller. This aspect cannot be enforced without the explicit agreement of the seller.

Refunds Policy
Items can be returned within 14 days for a full goods value refund. You must notify us in writing within 14 days of receipt of goods if you wish to return part or all your order. Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of returned goods. Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the items back to us. All returned items will be checked – any goods damaged and therefore rendered un-resalable will not be refunded.

Returned Goods
Notification of damage of wrongly shipped goods or incompletely shipped goods must be made within 14 days of delivery. Any claim made outside of 14 days will not be accepted. Returned goods must be in resalable condition and in their original packaging.

Damaged Returns
The buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying damage to returned goods where such damage has in the opinion of the seller been caused by the goods being inadequately packaged by the buyer.

The seller’s failure to insist upon strict adherence to any of the terms and conditions with this contract shall not be deemed a waiver of its rights within these terms and conditions.

Legal Liability
The contracts from the sales of goods by Acala Healing shall be subject to and governed by English law. Liability of Acala Healing shall in no circumstance exceed the original value of the price charged for the goods. Acala Healing cannot accept liability for injury or negative consequence of using the products it sells.

Acala Healing Ltd is a private company registered with Companies House, Company Number 14336904.

By placing an order with Acala Healing the buyer is agreeing to be bound by our terms and conditions.
