Natural Bioenergetics/Health Kinesiology – My Next Step….

As I worked more with clients, I had this nagging feeling that I was missing something, that there was something else I needed to know and learn. This led me to spend days and hours on the internet, researching various alternative healing modalities. I just knew that when I saw it, I would know, except I didn’t know what I was looking for.

Finally, one day, as I was listening to a podcast from a Shaman I follow, he mentioned a Kinesiology treatment he received that he found helpful, and it was like a light went on. I started crying and knew just that moment that I had found what I was looking for. 

I am a Chartered Accountant by education, so my logical brain needed to be satisfied too. I went ahead and booked myself for a Kinesiology treatment (in fact I took a few sessions). I felt the energetic shifts as the corrections were done on me – I knew then that this was the modality I would study. 

I spent three years learning Natural Bioenergetics (or Health Kinesiology as it is better known in the UK) and became a licensed practitioner. The more I studied this modality, the more it affirmed my instincts that this modality would complement the Energy healing that I did.
